“No Place for Hate!” – Stop Bullying

Bullying is such a hot topic right now (and rightfully so).
We’ve been working on it a lot at school.
Our school’s PBIS team sent out a link to the following site:
It’s stopbullying.gov and it’s AWESOME!
My kids and I watched each video (which are only 2 minutes or so long) and took the online quizzes afterward.  Seriously, the conversations sparked by these videos were beyond perfect!  My kids could totally relate to the characters and felt empathy for what they were going through.
Click the picture above to check out the videos.
There are also games on the website as well.
Do you know of any other great resources for bullying?
Feel free to share them in a comment below!

Thanks for sharing! I have had the guidance counselor come to my class 3 times this year to do anti-bullying/friendship lessons. This is a great way to follow up. One thing she taught that has been really effective are iMessages. My kids have gotten pretty good at them.

I've used these for the past couple of years. They are perfect for third and fourth graders. We've also had very meaningful discussions after each one.
