Friday Freebie - Halloween Arrays!

Happy Friday, friends!

I wanted to share a math activity that my kids did last week.
They absolutely LOVED it!  It's an array activity with a Halloween twist!  :)
I used black and white clip art from KPM Doodles (so my kids could color the pics to own liking) and had the kids create arrays.  They also had to write out the repeated addition sentences and multiplication sentence that matched their picture.

Click below to snag the activity!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

  5. These are also great for fractions of a set. We are starting fractions this week and I think I might let my higher kids use these to create fractions and a review for my lower kids with arrays. :-) THANK YOU for the ideas! Keep them coming!

  6. I used these today by giving my kids two pieces of construction paper and they had to cover up everything but the array I gave them. It worked SO well for a hands-on way to make arrays without needing a lot of manipulatives or taking lots of time to draw. Thanks so much for sharing these as a freebie. Tomorrow, we're going to use them to cut out for equal sets! :)
