Starting Multiplication!

Good morning, y'all!  I was up this morning at 6:45!!!
Granted, I went to bed at 9:30.  :)

Anywho, I'm finishing up my plans for this upcoming week.  In math, we're starting multiplication.  I'm going to start off by having a minilesson on repeated addition.  The next day, we'll start small groups using this center:
It's a 4-page center with 30 cards (15 repeated addition sentence cards and their matching multiplication sentences).  There's also a recording sheet for the students to record the matches.  You can purchase it by clicking the picture above.  It's $2.00.

I'm super excited to start multiplication!  Let the fun begin!!!

What is your focus in math this upcoming week?

Multiplication and onto Division here. I will start Division using your center about parts of a division problem and repeated subtraction.
