Personalized Apple Sign GIVEAWAY!

With the back to school decorating in full swing, don't forget about yourself!  How about your very own personalized apple sign to hang on your door?
What a great way to greet children and their families!

My mom made this one for my classroom!  I've gotten so many compliments on it.  I must admit - it's pretty stinkin' cute (even if my mom made it)!

And she would like to personalize one for one of YOU!!!  Simply enter below and I'll choose a winner on Monday!  I want to give everyone a chance to enter in case you're going out of town on a Labor Day trip.  :)
