Not the food, the book! Have you heard of it? I just finished reading it for a grad school project (in my Leadership class) and my mind is racing! It’s a super-quick read (120 pages) that really digs down to the core of the leadership and vision of an organization. I am truly inspired by this book! After going through certain personal and professional situations, a book like this is sort of like therapy. Ok…let me stop! I don’t want to spoil it for you.
You can find more info about the Fish! philosopy HERE.

Thanks for sharing!!! Checking to see if I can get it on my Kindle.

I love the fish philosophy. We used all three books and did lots of fun things with it at my previous school as a staff and with students. I have those fish notepads that I write on giving compliments to those I work with at my current school.
I have extended it to my classroom. When students earn three caught being good sticks in a day, they make a fish and add it to my fish bowl (that might be a good post for me)for a chance to go to the treasure chest.
Be sure to check out all the fish market videos too. Inspiring!

We use Fish! Philosophy at my school as well but I didn't know there was a book!! hrmmm…. I wonder if the library has it or if we have a copy floating around somewhere! I love the idea of the "fishbowl"
What else do you guys do with it to promote good choices?
@Kristin, gotta love that Kindle! And I totally assumed I was already following you. I am now!
@Delena, that's awesome! I'm definitely going to incorporate into my classroom as well. @The Girl, yep! There are three books!
My district adopted the Fish philosophy a few years ago. It definitely allowed for more fun in our district meetings! There are some great videos of the Pike's Peak Fish Market that demonstrate the philosophy in action.
