Daily 5/Literacy Center Organization Linky Party!

Mel at Oh the Places We'll Go is having a linky party completely devoted to Reading and how you organize it!  L-O-V-E!!!

Here are some snip-its from my room:
Our center chart...gotta keep everything and everybody straight!

Center Organizer

Extra center storage...they are LOVING the listening center!

I put all my centers in baggies...I try to keep pages shorter so you can seal the bag.

Part of our leveld classroom library

Indvidual book bins...including reading response journals and post-its.

Rdg posters reminding them to make connections!
I feel like there is SO much more to show and tell about Reading and organization, but I'd be here all day typing that post!  :)  So now it's your turn!  Head over to Mel's blog and link up with us!

  6. Hi Dana,
I love all your ideas! I have a couple questions. In the first picture where did you get those awesome magnets? Are your groups written in them? How often do you change your groups around? What do you keep inside of the 3 drawer bins? Thank you!

    1. Hey Kristin! I made the magnets out of laminated card stock, but here are some "cuter" ones I made:

They are laminated and I write my group members' names on them (since groups tend to change). I change my groups 1-3 times a day. It depends on what we're working on and how they're doing.

My centers are in the drawers. The center signs list which drawer to get the center from.

      Hope this helped! :)
