I'm sure someone along the way has created and posted this. Maybe I missed it or maybe it's hidden in my Google docs somewhere. Anywho...I created a checklist to keep track of all the activities and classroom behaviors during centers. This way, I can give kids a check or record the grade the same day students turn in their work. I could also use this as a way to record group and individual behaviors during centers. I added it to my TpT store in a Word document so anyone could download it and change it to fit their specific needs.
