It downloaded with nothing but gray boxes. Very frustrating.

Sassygirl, are you a Mac user? If so, make sure your settings are set to "Adobe" rather than "Preview." You also need to have the most updated version of Adobe. Let me know if you still have issues.

Uh oh! I'm having the problems as Sassy Girl. I'm using my IPad so that may be what's causing the partial download. Love your stuff - perfect for my kiddos!
